Flexible: Open houses, workshops, showcases can be planned on a flexible basis
- School Fair Activity Station(s)/Table(s): Great for School Fairs, Open Houses, Curriculum Nights, PTA meetings, STEM Showcase Nights, or any other event to draw parents and students. Activities like Paper Rocket Station, Newtonian Slime Experiment, Quantum Mystery Box. These activity stations add excitement and showcase hands-on STEAM learning

- DIY Coded Game Design Tournament
- Examples of activities we can bring:
- Multi-Activity STEM Career Design Challenge: Engages parents, administrators, funders, and students. A 90-minute interactive event combining hands-on mini-projects with STEM career exploration
- Students explore 3-5 Career Stations, each with a creative build challenge linked to a specific STEM career
- Objectives:
- Builds parent and administrative program stakeholders and champions
- Increase inclusive learning for students with disabilities
- Foster early age STEM engagement, curiosity, and confidence
- Fosters social-emotional skills and executive functioning problem-solving skills
- Engage younger ages in early STEM career exploration
- Ensure showcase-level promotions
- Fulfill city/state/grant family engagement requirements
- Pricing for above events:
- Option A (just event): $400 + $150 per activity station plus materials costs
- Option B (event with after school program next semester):
- If Not a Current School Partner: No charge for event with 2 activity stations if contracted to deliver 2 after-school courses at the school next semester at base rate $180 per weekly session (includes Maker Mentor instructor, curriculum, materials). Age groups and choice of 40+ STEAM courses based on school interest
- If a Current School Partner: Same as above but must pay for materials
